2.1 Google Sign-In Information

• Profile image (if provided)

We do not receive or store your Google password.

2.2 LinkedIn Page Data (Read-Only Access)

When using the MsgIN Chrome extension, we may read certain information visible on LinkedIn messaging pages that you actively open, including:

• Message preview text
• Sender names
• Timestamps
• LinkedIn profile URLs

This data is used only to display your message organization view inside the extension and web app.

MsgIN does not:

• send messages
• automate actions
• modify the LinkedIn UI
• scrape LinkedIn in the background
• collect full message histories
• access data on pages you do not open yourself

LinkedIn-derived data is never used for advertising, profiling, or any non–user-facing purpose.

2.3 User-Provided Workflow Data

To support your workflow, we store:

• Tags
• Notes
• Campaign names
• Message statuses

This information is created and controlled by you.

2.4 Subscription & Payment Information (Stripe)

When you begin a free trial or purchase a subscription through Stripe, we receive:

• Name
• Email
• Billing address
• Payment method metadata
• Subscription plan, status, and history

Stripe collects your full payment details.

We do not store complete credit card numbers.

2.5 Usage & Technical Data

To operate and improve the Service, we may collect:
